Obituary of Orlando J. Morgnanesi

Orlando “Ace” Morgnanesi of Doylestown, formerly of Warminster and Trenton, NJ, passed away July 9, 2018 at the age of 99.   He was happily married for 64 years to the late Kathryn (née Mercurio).  Ace is survived by many loving family members, including children Celi (Pat Ionata); Lanny (Lucy); and Kathy (Mike Pomrink).  He is also survived by his four grandchildren Kathryn Ionata (Mike Ryan), Christopher Pomrink, Kristin Ionata, and Dante Morgnanesi.  Ace was born in Trenton, NJ, and served in World War II in the South Pacific.  He was employed for 30 years as a supervisor for the U.S. Postal Service and was an active member of his local government, NARFE, Società Romana, and Società San Giorgio. Relatives and friends may greet the family Monday 9:30 A.M. at St. John Bosco Church 235 E. Countyline Rd. Hatboro Pa. 19040. Memorial Mass 10:30 A.M. Interment is private.
