So sorry to hear about Connie's passing. I loved seeing her at family gatherings at Cara and Phil's and sharing a warm conversation. I remember her exactly like the picture - always peaceful and smiling. We are thinking of Gene and all of the Noonan siblings and their families. Sending a big hug and all of our love during this sad time.
