Obituary of Jean Littel

Jean T. Littel (nee Passarella), 93, longtime resident of Warminster, Pa passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023.

Born on January 28th, 1930, to Peter and Alvera (nee Lancia) Passarella. Jean grew up in Belmont Hills and graduated from Lower Merion high school. She married the late Raymond J. Little, Sr. in 1951. For over 40 years she worked in sales at Purity Standard Laboratories. In life, Jean loved many activities including her favorites: bowling, playing tennis, singing, dancing, but most of all cooking and entertaining were paramount. In her later years she was blessed to have extensively traveled all over the world.

Jean was predeceased by her husband, Raymond J. Littel Sr.; her son, Raymond J. Jr.; and her late in life companion George Getz. She is survived by her daughter Deborah Ann Shapcott (William); granddaughters Morgan M. Zlakowski (Alex), Megan M. Shapcott-Utterback (Steve), and Molly M. Shapcott (Mike Hesser). Jean was also the proud great grandmother of Mackenzie, Ava, Sawyer, and Alexander.

A viewing for Jean T. Littel will be held on Monday, November 13, 2023 at Nativity of our Lord 585 Street Road, Warminster, Pa 18974 from 9:15-10:15.

Following the viewing a mass of Christian Burial will take place starting at 10:15am.

Interment to be held at St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont, Pa.
